A Lace-Frontal Wig/ Frontal Wig
It is a type of hairpiece, which experts make very carefully. They take hair from real humans or artificial hair and secure it tuft by tuft, manually to a sheer lace base that goes over the scalp.
13x4 Lace Frontal Wig
It is a modified hairpiece consisting of lace extending 13 inches in the frontal border of the wig so that it covers the entire hairline. Additionally, it has a 4 inches deep part copying the natural hair growth pattern on the scalp.
How To Clean It
1) Try to get off as much adhesive as possible from the cap. Do this by applying hair spray to the glue stuck to the lace or brushing through the hair.
2) Before washing the wig, spray conditioner on the length of the hair to soften it so that it doesn't get pulled while brushing.
3) Brush through the genuine human hair attached to the lace using a wide-tooth comb, going from the tips of the strands to the scalp. Start brushing from the ends instead of the top because going from the root downwards can make the hair break or form knots.
4) Then add shampoo to some heated water and dissolve to form a mixture. Then immerse the hairpiece in dabbing and stroking the hair using your hands. Refrain from mixing the hair as it can create tangles and knots in the hair.
5)Wash the hairpiece with warm water to take out the shampoo.
6) Once you have cleaned the hair, gently squeeze while drying with a towel.
7) Now spread conditioner on the length of the hair. Allow the conditioner to soak in by waiting for 5 to 10 minutes.
8) After this, rinse the frontal wig in slightly hot water. Gently squeeze the hair and dry with a soft towel.
9) Beginning from the ends of the hair, use a wide-tooth comb to detangle and brush the length of hair till the lace.
10) Avoid tugging or pulling at the hairpiece as it can break the hair.
11) Allow the wig to dry naturally in the air. Try not to blow dry it because it can damage the hair.
