Drying

Pelletizing

The pelletizing process works across three main systems: the lubrication system, driving gear, the die, and the roller. So too, the ring die is the last in the pellet making chain and helps produce the wood pellets where they are transferred to the cooling section.

Cooling

High-temperature wood pellets ranging between 60 and 80 degrees are transferred from the ring die with a 15% moisture content. The cooling process is essential for easy packaging of the finished wood pellets.

Packing

The wood pellet line ends with the packing process done after cooling. Here you may get proper packaging bags carrying a specific amount of wood pellets. The weight will depend on your specifications as an individual or a company.
